How is your care different from traditional chiropractic?
How do I know if chiropractic care is right for my child?
If your child is struggling with chronic illness, sleep issues, focus problems, anxiety, sensory challenges, or behavioral issues — and you've tried everything else without lasting results — their nervous system is likely involved. We run a non-invasive neurological scan on every new patient that shows us exactly what's happening. No guessing. You'll have a clear picture before we ever recommend care.
What happens on the first visit?
Your first visit is all about understanding your story and getting objective data. We do a full consultation, a range of motion exam, and INSiGHT CoreScore neurological scans. Then we schedule a Report of Findings — a separate appointment where we walk you through everything we found and present a care plan built specifically around your results. Nobody leaves confused.

Do I need a referral to come in?
No referral needed. You can book directly online or call us at 651-340-3013. We welcome walk-ins but appointments are preferred so we can give you our full attention.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself and your completed intake paperwork — which you can fill out online before you arrive. If you have previous imaging like X-rays or MRIs bring those along. They give us helpful context.

Can chiropractic help with ADHD and sensory processing?
We don't diagnose or treat ADHD or sensory processing disorder. What we do is assess and restore nervous system function. When a dysregulated nervous system starts to regulate — focus improves, sensory overwhelm decreases, behavior stabilizes, sleep gets better. Parents tell us this consistently. We let the results speak.
Just yourself or your child and any relevant medical records if you have them. We'll handle the rest. Comfortable clothing. Nothing that restricts your neck, back or shoulders.
My child is scared of doctors. Will this be traumatic for them?

Can the whole family get care together?

What is tonal chiropractic and how is it different?

It's painless, takes about 10 minutes, and gives us objective data most clinics never collect.

Is chiropractic care safe for babies and toddlers?
Yes — and it's one of the most impactful times to get care. Birth is one of the most physically stressful events a human body goes through. Tonal adjustments for infants use no more pressure than you'd use to test the ripeness of a tomato. Gentle, specific, and incredibly safe. Many parents bring their newborns in within days of birth.

How long will it take to see results?
