Long before I had a practice, I had a story.

I grew up knowing something was off in my own nervous system — chronic anxiety, trauma responses I couldn't explain, a body that never felt like it was on my side.

Chiropractic care changed everything for me. Sleep. Clarity. The ability to be present. That transformation became my blueprint — and Olive Me Chiropractic became the place where I get to pass it on.

Dr. Zgia Kjonaas

Dr. Zgia is a neurologically-focused chiropractor, PX Docs certified practitioner, and the founder of Olive Me Chiropractic. Passionate about restoring nervous system function for kids, families, and athletes, she brings both clinical expertise and personal transformation to every patient relationship. Her mission: to restore millions of families through faith-driven chiropractic care.

Dr. Ben Lemke

Associate Chiropractor-Tonal and Integrator-focused, gentle approach

Dr. Ben specializes in tonal and Integrator-focused chiropractic care — a gentle, neurologically-driven approach where changes are often felt between visits as the body continues unwinding. He works with the full spectrum of patients from pediatric to adult with skill, precision, and genuine care.

Sydney

Grace Larsen has recently joined Olive Me Chiropractic as the front desk coordinator/chiropractic assistant. Grace studies speech-language-hearing-sciences at Bradley University, in hopes of becoming a speech-language pathologist. Grace also has a bilingual background and attended Winona State University for Spanish studies with a dance minor. Outside of work and school, Grace is a line dance instructor with Southern Line Dance. During the spring and summer time, she also plays her guitar and sings across restaurants and other venues around Minnesota and Wisconsin, specifically country music. Grace is thrilled to be expanding the skills and knowledge she has acquired through other medical-based jobs and she hopes to continue building a life centered around connection, compassion, and personal growth. Fun fact: Grace just got married in February to her husband Tanner!
